What this application stores
Account details, orders and support requests are processed by the configured backend. Cart selections are stored in your browser.
Visitor analytics
When enabled, first-party analytics records page paths, visit timestamps, broad device categories and whether a page was viewed by a guest or a verified signed-in account. A random browser identifier lasts up to 90 days. A session groups navigation within a tab until 30 minutes of inactivity. The server stores hashed identifiers; signed-in page events can include your account ID. Visitor events also store the IP address and approximate country supplied by our hosting provider or configured reverse proxy. IP addresses can identify a connection and may be associated with signed-in activity. Local/private addresses and unavailable geolocation have no country assigned. No separate external IP lookup service is called. These records help administrators understand new and returning visits.
Query strings, URL fragments, full browser fingerprints, passwords, form contents and session tokens are not stored in analytics. Unknown page paths are grouped as /other and administrator paths as /admin. Visitor records have 90-day retention, with cleanup checked daily when tracking requests arrive. Expired events are excluded from reports before cleanup.
Only owner administrators can view visitor logs. No third-party marketing tracker is included. Analytics respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Opt out for this browser below; clearing browser storage resets this preference. Opt-out stops future collection and does not erase prior events.

The storefront is not accepting orders. Payment and service providers are not enabled, and no payment credentials are collected here. Before launch, GICTAfrica must publish its business contact and data retention details.
