Which terms apply to me?

Website policies apply when you browse or contact us. A service agreement applies when GICT accepts an order or both parties sign a contract. Product terms and a service level schedule apply only where the accepted documents identify them.

The site’s catalog may display planning prices and demo flows. A cart action or inquiry does not by itself register a domain, activate hosting or create a paid subscription.

The agreement structure

How the documents fit together.

The right documents depend on the service and the agreement GICT accepts with you. Follow this sequence when reviewing an engagement.

01

Start with the service

Identify the product, project or support arrangement you are considering. The service determines which additional terms may matter.

02

Review the main agreement

A self-serve subscription or signed master agreement provides the commercial framework for an accepted engagement.

03

Check the order and schedules

The accepted order or statement of work records scope, fees, dates and responsibilities. Any service level or data processing schedule is identified there.

04

Keep your signed copy

Save the documents accepted for your engagement. A negotiated signed agreement controls where it differs from a website overview.

Helpful answers

Common contract questions.

These explanations help you navigate the library. Your accepted documents set the terms for a particular service.

Does adding a service to the cart create a contract?

No. The current storefront includes planning and demo flows. A cart selection or inquiry does not provision a service or create a paid subscription. A live order must be accepted by GICT or an agreement signed.

Which document controls if terms differ?

The accepted order or signed agreement identifies the documents that apply and the order of precedence. A negotiated signed document controls where it differs from a website overview.

Is a service level automatically included?

No. Availability targets, support hours, response times and service credits apply only when the accepted order or signed schedule states them.

Will another provider’s terms apply?

They may. Domain registries, cloud platforms, workplace suites and other providers can impose separate rules. The relevant order or onboarding materials should identify applicable provider terms.

How do I request terms for a specific proposal?

Send GICT the service or proposal name and your organization’s contact details. We can identify the proposed agreement, schedules and any provider terms for that engagement.

Need the terms for a specific order?

Send us the service or proposal name. We will identify the applicable agreement and any provider terms before you commit.
