Agreement structure

A signed master services agreement sets the general relationship between GICT and the customer. Each accepted order form or statement of work sets the specific service, deliverables, fees, timeline and contacts. A negotiated signed document controls where it differs from these website summaries.

Working together

Each party should name a contact, provide the information it is responsible for and promptly review decisions or deliverables assigned to it. Changes to scope, schedule or price should be recorded in writing before the changed work begins.

Data, intellectual property and providers

Customer data remains subject to the signed agreement and any data processing addendum. Ownership and license rights in project deliverables must be recorded in the statement of work. Third-party software, registries and cloud platforms may impose separate terms.

Commercial provisions

Payment, acceptance, warranties, liability allocation, suspension, termination and dispute resolution are negotiated in the signed agreement. This page is an overview and does not replace an executed contract.

Account services are unavailable until the production backend is configured.
