Professionals reviewing a technology plan together in an office
People, systems and priorities in one practical plan.

Better decisions before bigger commitments.

Technology choices affect budgets, daily work and the people who rely on your services. A consulting engagement gives you room to understand the problem before choosing a product or starting a build.

We connect business needs with practical ICT options, explain trade-offs in plain language and help your team move forward at a pace it can sustain.

Advice that covers the whole decision.

Start with one challenge or bring us a wider transformation brief. We will define the right scope together.

  1. 01

Tell us what needs to change

Share the outcome you want, the systems you use today, the people involved and any deadline or budget range.

  2. 02

    Understand the current setup

We review the relevant processes, infrastructure, constraints and risks. The depth of discovery is agreed before work begins.

  3. 03

    Agree on a practical plan

You get prioritized recommendations, trade-offs and a scope for the work that follows. We explain the reasoning behind each choice.

  4. 04

    Move into delivery

Your team can implement the plan, ask GICT to help, or combine both. We define responsibilities and a handover path.

You can start before you know the solution.

Two professionals discussing a network plan at a desk

“Our systems have grown, but we do not have a clear plan.”

“We need to modernize email, files and access without disrupting work.”

“We are comparing vendors and want an independent set of requirements.”

“A manual process is slowing us down. Should we buy or build?”

What to know before we talk.

Who is ICT consulting for?

We work with teams that need a clearer direction for their technology: growing businesses, NGOs, schools and public-sector organizations. The scope is shaped around your goals and current setup.

Do you offer a fixed consulting price?

Consulting is scoped after an initial conversation. The work can range from a focused review to a broader roadmap or implementation project, so we agree on deliverables and cost before starting.

Can you help implement the recommendations?

Yes. GICT can support related work such as hosting, workplace setup, websites, software, networking and security. Implementation is scoped separately so responsibilities are clear.

Do we need to replace our existing tools?

No. We start with what your team already uses, then recommend changes only where they address a clear need. A phased improvement may be the best route.

Can you work with teams outside Kampala?

Yes. GICT is based in Kampala and can discuss remote work for teams elsewhere in Uganda and across the region. Any site visit or local dependency is confirmed during scoping.

Tell us what you are trying to change.

Share your goal, current challenge and timeline. We will use that to shape the first conversation and the right scope.
