Requests for information

GICT reviews requests for customer or visitor information against the applicable law and the terms of the service involved. Requests should identify the requesting authority or organization, the legal basis, the records sought and a contact for clarification.

Customer notice and disclosure

Where legally permitted and practical, GICT aims to notify an affected customer before disclosing customer-controlled information. We seek to limit disclosure to the records required for a valid request and to document the decision.

Reporting

GICT does not publish a numerical transparency report on this page because verified reporting data has not been prepared. This page describes the process; any future report will state its period, scope and method.

Account services are unavailable until the production backend is configured.
