How these terms work

An accepted order identifies the services purchased. The relevant product terms supplement the main subscription or signed master agreement. If a product term and a general term conflict for that product, the accepted order should state which provision controls.

Third-party services

Domain registries, cloud platforms, workplace suites, payment networks and software vendors can set eligibility, acceptable use, licensing and technical rules. GICT will identify applicable provider terms in the order or onboarding materials when it acts as reseller or integrator.

Changes in an upstream service

Features, pricing or availability controlled by an upstream provider can change. GICT will communicate material changes affecting an accepted service using the notice method in the customer agreement.

Account services are unavailable until the production backend is configured.
