Provisioning and use

An accepted plan states the resources, term and management level. The customer is responsible for its content, application configuration and administrator accounts unless managed services are expressly included. Resource use must stay within the agreed plan and acceptable use rules.

Backups and recovery

A backup schedule, retention period, restore assistance or offsite copy applies only when specified in the accepted plan. Customers should keep an independent copy of important data and test their recovery process. A demo order does not start a backup job.

Migration and termination

Migration scope, downtime, access requirements and handover format should be agreed before work begins. At the end of service, the customer should export needed data within the time stated in the accepted order.

Account services are unavailable until the production backend is configured.
