How do I cancel my account?

Hello,
Virtual Hosting, Mailbaby, Storage packages, and Licensing services can typically be canceled directly from your end. Please log in to your account at GICTServer Client Portal https://my.GICTServer.net and select the Cancel option under the service you wish to terminate.
Alternatively, for any of the above-mentioned services, you may contact us by email at [email protected] or call our office at 201-605-1440 during normal business hours (8 AM – 5 PM EST).
For Dedicated Server cancellations, you will need to submit a ticket to our billing team using the following link:
https://my.GICTServer.net/new_ticket_c
Please ensure you select the option:
“I allow GICTServer to access my server and perform modifications.”
Note: By opening a support request, GICTServer may need to access, debug, or modify files within your account in order to process your request.
In your ticket, kindly include the server hostname and IP address of the service you wish to cancel, and our team will assist you with the cancellation.
