Configure 2CheckOut Payment Gateway in WHMCS

WHMCS is the most popular client and billing management software available for web hosting companies. It is mostly used by web hosting companies all around the world. As every part of the world has a popular payment gateway, WHMCS allows us to install and configure multiple payment gateways. 2CheckOut is a popular subscription management software and payment gateway.

In WHMCS, you can install and configure more than 30 payment gateways. The list will most probably contain the payment gateway you want to configure on your WHMCS installation. In this tutorial, I am going to show you how to configure the 2CheckOut payment gateway in WHMCS. So, let’s get started with the tutorial.

Configure 2CheckOut Payment Gateway in WHMCS

First of all, log in to your WHMCS and click on the Setup -> Payments -> Payment Gateways option from the main navigation bar. To understand the process visually, see the screenshots attached after every step.

On this page, you will get a list of payment gateways you can configure on your WHMCS. Click on the All Payment Gateways tab to see the full list. Find the payment gateway you want to configure and click on it.

It will enable the payment gateway, the next and the most important thing you have to do is to fill-up the configuration form. For 2CheckOut, the configuration form looks like the following image. On this page, you have to enter some important information about your 2CheckOut account to identify your account.

You can also set the display name and whether or not you want to show it on the order form.

After filling up all the important information, click on the Save Changes option given at the bottom of the form to apply the changes.

If you want to deactivate a specific payment gateway, click on the (deactivate) link given beside the name of the payment gateway just like the following image.
