How to Get Started with Webuzo: Free Single-User Licensing on Your VPS
Managing your own Virtual Private Server (VPS) doesn’t have to be a headache. If you are looking for a powerful, streamlined control panel to manage your websites, we have an excellent option for you.
InterServer is currently offering Webuzo single-user licenses for our VPS customers upon request. Webuzo is a fantastic “all-in-one” control panel that allows you to manage your domains, emails, databases, and over 450 apps (like WordPress) with just a few clicks.
Here is a simple, step-by-step guide on how to get your environment up and running.
Step 1: Deploy Your VPS with AlmaLinux
The first step happens right when you are setting up your VPS. In the operating system dropdown menu, look for the option labeled Webuzo listed AlmaLinux OS.
By selecting this specific image, your server will come pre-configured with the necessary base environment to run Webuzo smoothly.
Step 2: Request Your License
Once your VPS is deployed, you’ll need to activate the license. We handle this manually to ensure everything is set up correctly for your specific server.
- Log in to your my.interserver.net client area.
- Open a Support Ticket.
- Let our team know you would like a Webuzo single-user license added to your VPS.
Step 3: Access the Webuzo Dashboard
After our team confirms your license is active, you can jump right into the control panel.
- URL:
https://YOUR_SERVER_IP:2005 - Security Note: You will likely see an SSL/Privacy error the first time you visit this link. Don’t worry—this is normal. It happens because a custom security certificate hasn’t been assigned to your IP address yet. You can safely click “Advanced” and “Proceed” to reach the login screen. Once you add a domain name, you can set up a free SSL certificate to remove this warning.
Step 4: Explore the Documentation
Webuzo is packed with features. Whether you are migrating a site or setting up a new email account, their official documentation is the best place to find detailed walkthroughs.

A Note on Licensing
Currently, there is no set end date for these free single-user licenses. We are happy to provide this value to our customers as part of our partnership with the Webuzo developers.
Please keep in mind that if our agreement with the developers changes in the future, it is possible that a paid license could be required to continue service. However, for now, you can enjoy all the benefits of this premium control panel at no extra cost.
