1) Login to Zen Cart admin panel.

2) Go to the tab ‘Location/Taxes’.

 

3) Click the option ‘Tax Classes’.

 

 

4) Click on the button ‘New tax class’.

 

5) Enter the details.

 

6) Click the button ‘Insert’.
